Trimble Machine Installation Training

Course Description: This course covers the Trimble-AccuGrade GPS Grade Control System for track type tractors and motor graders. The attendees will perform machine control component installation on three different machines, (dozer, grader and excavator).

Course Description: This course covers the calibration, configuration and operation of the Trimble-AccuGrade GPS Grade Control System for track type tractors and motor graders.
Course Objectives:

  • Explain machine basics, the function of each component, the operation of the display, the installation menu functions, and the system operation of the hydraulic control system for each machine
  • Locate and identify site and machine control component (machine walk around)
  • Perform sensor calibrations, valve calibrations and alternative machine measure up methods, and all diagnostic menu functions
  • Troubleshoot selected components.
